The following forms are here for the convenience of the authorized Hi-Tech Housing Builders and should be used only by the Hi-Tech Housing Builder. If you have any questions regarding these forms, please feel free to give us a call.

		Sales Forms

			*Builder Application*

In order to become a valued Hi-Tech Housing builder, this application is required to be filled out completely and approved.

			*General Terms & Conditions*

This is a required document between Hi-Tech Housing and the builder. It specifies all of the terms and conditions each home will be build on.

				*Builder Responsibility*

This is a required document between Hi-Tech Housing and the builder. It outlines all of the responsibilities of the builder after the home has left the factory.

			*Builder / Homeowner Responsibility*

This is a required document between Hi-Tech Housing and the builder. It outlines all of each party including the homeowner, builder and Hi-Tech Housing throughout the purchase process.

		Service Forms


	*Comprehensive Service Policy*

Hi-Tech Housing, Inc. has a Limited Warranty for materials and workmanship on factory built homes built by Hi-Tech and sold to the Builder. The conditions and coverage period of the Limited Warranty are described on the face of the Warranty certificate. The purpose of this Service Policy is to outline the policies and procedures which Hi-Tech, the Builder and home owner must follow when dealing with claims on the Limited Warranty.


	*Limited One Year Warranty*

Hi-Tech Housing, Inc. will for one year make repairs which are necessary because of defects in materials or workmanship supplied by Hi-Tech Housing. We will repair or replace any defective parts at no cost to you. Because of design changes and improvements, we may substitute parts or components of substantially equal quality. This warranty covers the first retail purchaser and first occupant of our new product.


		*Warranty Request Form*

	In accordance with the Hi-Tech Housing Service Policy, this form must be completed entirely and submitted to the Hi-Tech Service Department before any service parts will be sent or Warranty Approval Numbers issued.
