Many retail customers and builders are concerned with how the service/warranty work is handled after the sale. At Hi-Tech Housing, the authorized builder coordinates all communication with any warranty work that exists. The builder will assess the problem to determine the proper course of action to insure customer satisfaction. Some items could be covered by the builder, the subcontractors, Hi-Tech Housing or suppliers from Hi-Tech. Some service may be covered by the home owners insurance. Whatever the problem, the builder is there to determine the best course of action for all service needs.
