Hi-Tech Housing has several standard floor plans available from simple ranch style homes to elaborate two story and cape cod style homes. We specialize in custom homes. We can modify any plan to suit the customer’s needs. We can start from scratch with the customer’s ideas and draw up floor plans for their dream home (within the limitations of shipping).
In addition to the options we have available, talk to an authorized Hi-Tech builder about options such as garages, porches, decks, breezeways or any other special ideas you may have. Our designs are very flexible to accommodate such improvements.
